• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 4.80 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.
• Extra Charges: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Important Information

You can park your car in the public car park directly behind the hotel. Alternatively, there is a public car park approx. 250m from the hotel where a 24-hour parking deal is offered at EUR 15 per day.

Directions

By car:
From the motorway A46 (direction of Düsseldor/Neuss), after ‘Düsseldorf Süd’ take the exit 'Universität/Zentrum’. Go straight in the direction of the centre and old town (Zentrum/Altstadt). After about 3 km stay left at the Ernst-Reuter-Platz and turn left into Berliner Allee. After about 2 km turn left into Hofgartenstraße, then at the second traffic light go right into Heinrich-Heine-Allee. Go left at the next possibility, where you will find the hotel.

From the motorway A52 (Essen) change onto the A44 in the direction of 'Mönchengladbach/Flughafen’. Pass the airport and go in the direction of the exhibition centre (Messe) and then to the centre (Zentrum). At the next traffic light go left on the express way, passing the flyover, onto the Kennedydamm. After 200 m go left into Fischerstraße and at the next big intersection turn right into Maximilian-Weyle-Straße, then left into Heinrich-Heine-Alle and after the next traffic light you will find the hotel.

From the motorway A52 (Mönchengladbach) go over the Theodor-Heuss bridge, stay right and drive onto the Kennedydamm. After 200 m go left into Fischerstraße and at the next big intersection turn right into Maximilian-Weyle-Straße, then left into Heinrich-Heine-Alle and after the next traffic light you will find the hotel.

From the airport and the exhibition centre:
Take the motorway A44 to Mönchengladbach/Messe. At the end of the tunnel take the exit 'Düsseldorf Zentrum’. At the next traffic light go left onto the express street to the centre, pass the flyover and go onto the Kennedydamm. After 200 m go left into Fischerstraße and at the next big intersection turn right into Maximilian-Weyle-Straße, then left into the Heinrich-Heine-Alle and after the next traffic light you will find the hotel.

By public transport:
From the main station take the underground to 'Heinrich Heine Alle’. Take the exit 'Bolkerstraße’ and go right into Heinrich-Heine Allee. After 200 m you will reach the hotel on the left-hand side.

From the airport take the S-Bahn to the main station.

From the exhibition centre take the underground line no 78 in the direction 'Innenstadt/Hauptbahnhof’. Leave the underground at the station “Heinrich-Heine Alle” and walk to the hotel.
