Hotel Description

Our small, friendly, family-run bed and breakfast is positioned close to the beach, shops, pubs, clubs and cafes, and has recently been refurbished to a high standard.

Family and double rooms feature 6' x 6'6" beds for a comfortable night’s stay. Our dining room is our pride and joy and has a nautical theme, plus a large fish tank. Enjoy a full English breakfast for an energising start to the day.

Seashells Guest House is winner of the bronze 2007 Great Yarmouth and Gorleston In Bloom competition for best guest house.

A lovely room at the back of the property with a super king-size bed and chocolates and wine on arrival. There is a 26" colour TV with Freeview. In addition to the facilities already listed, the room features towels, a dressing table and mints.

Area Information

Great Yarmouth has a lot to offer, from sandy beaches to plenty of restaurants. Enjoy playing bingo, tenpin bowling, and going to the cinema or circus.

You can also experience trips on the Broads, golf, fishing, shows in the summer, and lots more.

We do not have a bar but there are 3 pubs less than 2 minutes away.
